Souvenir Journal Advertisements

The excitement continues to grow as Reed Christian College approaches the 70th anniversary of its founding. The celebration will take place October 30 – November 1, 2008 in Los Angeles, California USA. In order to ensure that this Anniversary is a great success, the planning committee is soliciting your support by requesting that each chapter submit a camera-ready ad for the 2008 Souvenir Journal. In addition to the alumni ads, we are also accepting Legacy pages, Diamond, Golden and Silver Sponsor pages, Church dedication pages, and pages from other School Groups. Additionally, we are offering an opportunity for individual encouragers to be listed in this memento as Royal Blue and Gold Patrons. We do not want any supporter to be left out!
AD PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS
All ads must be camera-ready and be accompanied by an Advertising Contract. The ad copy must be received by January 15, 2008 to be considered for the Reed Christian College Souvenir Journal. If ads are not camera-ready, we will not guarantee the final product and there will be additional charges for creation of advertisement.
All payments must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2008. NO ADS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY PHONE OR FAX.

ADVERTISING FORMAT
Ø It is strongly suggested that advertisements be submitted in PDF format.
Ø PDFs must be saved with fonts embedded.
Ø Resolution no lower than 300 dpi. Can be submitted as a .jpg, .tif or .pdf
Ø Color images used in creation of ad must be a minimum of 300 dpi CMYK format.
Ø Please identify the company or organization on the CD or diskette label, and include a contact name and number on the front.
Ø Ad Sizes: Full Page Ad size - 6.75" wide x 9.5" high Half Page ad size - 6.75" wide x 4.5" high Quarter Page ad size - 3.125" wide x 4.5" high
Eighth Page ad size - 3.125" wide x 2.25" high
PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs, to ensure accuracy, must be labeled on the back. Please do not write on photographs. Any photograph to be returned must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Additional charges will apply if sending in a non-camera ready ad.

Submit patron list with one line per listing /maximum seven (7) words/non-commercial listings only.
